Standard equipment:  In addition to two canvas stabilising straps (chest, hips) and two small canvas straps for limbs, the standing frame is equipped with a small cushion stabilising the patient in the crotch (slots in the support surface enable adjustment depending on patient's height), and two cushions with a strap to stabilise the head, attached to rails on both sides of the support surface. The table is also equipped with a small table mounted on rails on both sides of the support surface, enabling height adjustment. Cabins are also available in the following versions: Double –  WSC-4/2; with wall bars – WSC-4/D; with a sling –  WSC-4/C; with wall bars – sling WSC-4/C/D. In cabins WSC-4/C and WSC-4/C/D, it is possible to replace the sling with a roofing element; this ensures a more inexpensive station for limb rehabilitation. Owing to standardisation of elements, the cabin can be mounted in various combinations of the above versions. The cabins are used for exercise on tables (pages 4 to 13 and 19) by means of accessories (page 42) and traction for the lower leg – using the UP-01 device (page 44).

Model: PUR

PUR can be equipped with a side sling that improves the stability of the device and increases its functionality. To take advantage of the device, such accessories as ropes, slings and weights are necessary. PUR should be attached to the tops of the bed. If the bed has adjustable height and bed tops are movable, PUR should then be attached to the stationary base of the bed. If there is no possibility of attaching the device to the bed, it is advisable that PUR is set on feet perpendicular to the wall with one side attached e.g. by means of wall plugs. The use of the device that is not attached as described above poses a risk of injury of the patient and people nearby.

The column should be attached to the wall. Possibility of exercise in the standing, sitting and lying position. Load control – screwing in a locking screw in the selected load. The upholstery colour can be selected.

Model: UP-1

Suitable for installation and exercise in WSC-4 cabins.  An upholstered shelf for the lower leg and soft comfort stabilising cushions for limbs during treatment. Given the nature of the treatment (lifting of the lower part of body), the device is adapted to treatments on patients weighing up to 150 kg. The upholstery colour can be selected.

Tops of the tables are made of plywood; small instruments – of solid wood. They are mounted on a steel base that enables height adjustment. Oil-resistant rubber feet enable to eliminate floor unevenness.

Rotors for lower limb exercise have a similar structure that enables to use it in any place or enable attachment to vertical or horizontal elements, thus enhancing the stability of the device and allowing more intense exercise. The knob located horizontally at the height of the axis of crank rotation is used for smooth adjustment of the resistance.  Optionally, rotors can be fitted with Velcro straps attaching the foot to the pedal, equipped with wire hooks, or plywood sandals with leather straps. When ordering, please specify the size of the sandal (23; 25.5; 29; and 32 cm).

Model: RB - 1, RG - 1, RG - 1 rw, RS - 1

Rotors for upper limb exercise RG-1, RG-1rw have a similar structure. The knob located horizontally at the height of the axis of crank rotation is used for smooth adjustment of the resistance. Height adjustment is possible in the RG-1 rw rotor owing to the nickel-plated bar that allows to easily adjust the height of the rotor to patient's height. In standard, rotors are made with handles for the WSC-4 cabin. It is possible to make rotors with a mounting to the wall by means of wall plugs.

RB-1 and RS-1 rotors have a similar structure. The knob located vertically over the height of the rotation is used for smooth adjustment of the resistance. The arm length and height are adjusted using knobs.

Model: PS - 4, PS - W, PS - W2

The PS-4 apparatus – crosspiece – enables ankle joint exercise on horizontal axes along and perpendicularly to the foot. Independent locking of movement in each of the aforementioned axes is possible. Four weights appropriately placed on trays enable intensification of exercise.

The PS-W apparatus – the roller with sandals (when ordering, please specify the size of the sandal: 23; 25.5; 29; and 32 cm) enables ankle joint exercise on the transverse axis (dorsiflexion and plantarflexion).

The apparatus is also available without sandals – PS-W2 – it is more difficult to keep the feet on the apparatus.

The spherical sector with sandals (when ordering, please specify the size of the sandal: 23; 25.5; 29; and 32 cm) enables ankle joint exercise ankle on both axes.
